What to expect from the team?

• Creative Freedom— You'll be given a problem statement and not the solution. Sometimes there will be requirements, sometime you have to propose them yourself. You're free to solve the problem the best way you think is possible. We dont care about 8 hours of work, we care about work getting done and problem being solved.
• Non-silo'd work — We'll hire you for your expertise, but also for your intelligence and creativity. And we'd love for you to contribute your ideas across different domains.
